The Career Consultants Association was founded in 2017 and brings together career consultants, coaches and career counsels from Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, and Kazakhstan.
CCA Goals:

  • To facilitate the professional mastery of specialists providing their services in career planning and development field
  • To foster the culture of mindful career management
  • To assist in legalization of career consultant profession and professional standards development and monitoring
  • To consolidate career specialists based on their free will in order to protect their rights and legitimate interests
  • To sustain the best quality and alignment to professional and ethical standards of the services provided by the members of the Association
CCA Tasks:

  • Developing and implementing of the quality standards in the field of career development services; introducing professional and ethical standards in this field
  • Integration of the Association members into the international career consulting and counseling community; participation in the international career professionals associations and enlarging the professional connections
  • Arranging and conducting webinars, seminars, and discussions devoted to up-to-date career consulting topics
  • Providing regular supervision sessions to the Association members
  • Providing accreditation of the training programs aimed at career consultants, coaches and career counsels
  • Creating the united information space for best practices exchange
  • Implementing cutting-edge technologies in the field of career consulting
